About Me

My name is Nate Koflanovich, and I have a long history of helping clients work through complex, high stakes system design initiatives.

Logistics Automation Experience

With over 20 years of experience in logistics automation, spanning disciplines of mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and systems engineering, I am able to analyze the design and implementation of processes and technology with a holistic view. My experience spans both manufacturing and distribution operations across a wide variety of industries, with particular focus in food manufacturing, food-service distribution, retail supply chain, and e-commerce operations.

Whether a client is interested in refining or redesigning their current operations, building new operations, or just exploring the feasibility of either, I can help. I work with clients to prepare a clear and concise statement of the business requirements, explore possible solution alternatives and process flows, concept solutions, and calculate the comparative value that various options would deliver to the business. Electronics Experience

Electronic design has been a lifelong hobby, and became a business almost 20 years ago. Sometimes a need arises for an electronic device that is either not commercially available or is cost prohibitive, and a custom solution makes more sense. Whether the need is for an analog, digital, or microprocessor-based device, I can design the circuits and the PCB artwork, write the firmware, and produce the prototypes or small-batch production runs for you. To learn more, see Custom Electronics Services.

Machine Design Experience

With a background spanning electrical, mechanical, and controls engineering, I can help clients who need custom machines designed and built in small quantities, or clients who need modernization services on existing machines. To learn more, see Machine Design Services.
